Deviled Eggs

Ingredients

  • 6 hardboiled eggs
  • 6 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon horseradish sauce (optional)
  • Pinch of garlic powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • Pinch of black pepper
  • Red and yellow food coloring
  • Fresh chives

Instructions

  • Peel the hard boiled eggs and cut in half. Remove the yolks and place them in a bowl.
  • Add the light mayonnaise, mustard, horseradish sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix together then add in the food coloring until you get an orange pumpkin color.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture. Place a small piece of chive at the top of the pumpkin for the stem.
