Ingredients
10 oz.frozen chopped spinach, thawed and excess water drained
8oz.reduced-fat cream cheese (room temperature)
1cuppart-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1cupfat-free sour cream
1/4cupgrated Parmesan cheese
2clovesgarlic, minced
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoononion powder
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an oven safe baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
Add the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, spinach, garlic, salt, and onion powder to a medium mixing bowl. Stir the ingredients together.
