Cookies and Cream Yogurt - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain, fat-free Greek yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free, fat-free vanilla instant pudding powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 Oreo thins

Instructions

  • In a small bowl mix together the yogurt, pudding powder and vanilla extract.
  • Put Oreo thins in a zip up bag and crumble them with a meat mallet or rolling pin.
  • Sprinkle Oreo crumbs into the yogurt and stir together.
