8oz.fat free Cool Whip (thawed)
2tablespoonscocoa powder
2tablespoonswater
Instructions
Whisk together the cocoa powder and water in a medium mixing bowl.
Fold in a cup of the Cool Whip. Once it's uniform in color fold in the rest of the Cool Whip. Serve immediately or store in the fridge in an airtight container.
