Chicken Nachos

Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Zero Net Carb Tortillas (street taco size)
  • 1 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons reduced-fat Mexican cheese
  • 1 tablespoon fat-free sour cream

Additional toppings:

  • chopped onion, jalapenos, tomatoes, salsa, and cilantro

Instructions

  • Cut each tortilla into 4 triangles. Add to the air fryer basket and spray with cooking spray. Cook at 350 degrees F for 5-6 minutes, flipping halfway through.
    To bake in the oven: Add the tortillas to a baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degrees F, flipping halfway through.
  • Cut the chicken breast into bite-size pieces and season with taco seasoning.
  • Spray a nonstick pan with cooking spray and add the chicken. Cook over medium heat until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Place the tortilla chips on a baking sheet. Top with the cooked chicken and reduced-fat Mexican cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F for 7-10 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
  • Add the toppings and serve.
