Ingredients
2slicesAunt Millie's Live Carb Smart White Bread (or other low point bread)
1fully cooked chicken breast (I seasoned mine with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper)
2tomato slices
1oz.fresh mozzarella (cut into two slices)
4-6basil leaves
1/2tablespoonbalsamic glaze
Instructions
Preheat a panini press or indoor electric grill on medium heat.
Lay out bread slices. Top one side with the cooked chicken breast, tomato slices, fresh mozzarella, basil leaves, balsamic glaze, and the other piece of bread.
Spray the panini press with cooking spray and add the sandwich. Close the lid and cook 3-4 minutes or until it is crispy.
