Chicken Bacon Ranch Taquitos

These chicken bacon ranch taquitos can be made in the air fryer or the oven!

And they’re only 3 points each for blue and purple, 4 points each for green!

Taquitos are perfect for a snack, appetizer, lunch or dinner!

Another great thing about taquitos is that kids love them. I know my kids have never turned them down.

I didn’t have to do too much to lighten up these taquitos. Instead of frying them I made them in the air fryer. They turn out crispy and delicious in the air fryer.

They also turn out crispy if you bake them, I just like how easy they are to make in the air fryer.

Using reduced-fat cream cheese also helped to keep these taquitos low in points. You can’t even tell a difference.

Center cut bacon is only 2 points for 2 slices so that is what I used. There is less fat on center cut bacon vs. regular bacon

To make these taquitos I let the cream cheese warm up to room temperature. That makes it much easier to mix the ingredients together.

The first thing I did was mixed together the ranch seasoning and cream cheese.

Next I cut up one chicken breast into small pieces. I also cut up two slices of bacon and two tablespoons of green onions and added it all to the cream cheese.

When using corn tortillas for taquitos I find them easier to work with if you heat them up first. I warm up a small frying pan then add the tortilla. I heat it for about 20 seconds on each side.

I filled the center with the cream cheese mixture then tightly rolled them up. I put them in the air fryer and sprayed them with olive oil spray. Then I cooked them for 6 minutes at 400 degrees.

If you’re baking them in the oven you can put the taquitos on a baking sheet and spray with olive oil. Bake them in the oven 11-13 minutes at 425 degrees F.

Either way you want to cook them will work. You will have crispy taquitos in just minutes!
