Cheesy Taco Pasta

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. Rotini pasta
  • 2 cups boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
  • 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon water
  • 1 1/2 cups salsa
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded

Optional:

  • Cilantro
  • Sour cream

Instructions

  • Cook and drain the pasta according to the directions on the box.
  • Add taco seasoning and water to an empty pan. Mix together, then add the chicken.
  • Turn the heat to low then add the salsa to the pan, stir, then add the pasta. Add the cheese and stir until melted.
