Cheeseburger Casserole (Low Carb and Weight Watchers Friendly)

If you’re craving a cheeseburger but want to keep it low carb, this Cheeseburger Casserole hits the spot!

It’s creamy, cheesy, and satisfying, without any heavy sauces or added sugar.

With lean beef, fresh vegetables, and melted cheese baked into one comforting dish, this casserole makes the perfect weeknight dinner or meal prep option.

The Ingredients

Lean Ground Beef: Using lean ground beef gives you all the flavor of a cheeseburger with less fat and fewer calories. It’s also a great source of protein, which helps keep you full longer.

Onions & Garlic: These ingredients help to add flavor without adding carbs. Garlic is rich in antioxidants, and onions support digestion and immune health.

Unsweetened Almond Milk: At only about 30 calories per cup, almond milk adds creaminess without the heaviness of dairy milk. It also keeps the casserole low carb.

Eggs: Eggs bind everything together while adding protein and essential nutrients like vitamin D and choline.

Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese: You still get that delicious cheeseburger taste, but with less fat and fewer calories.

Tomatoes & Pickles: These toppings add color, texture, and more of that cheeseburger taste.
