Cheese Tortellini Casserole

Ingredients

  • 20 oz. Giovanni Rana 5 cheese tortellini (fresh not frozen)
  • 1 cup spinach, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 24 oz. Good & Gather tomato basil pasta sauce
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Add the cheese tortellini to an 8x10 baking dish. Top with the spinach and cherry tomatoes.
  • Pour the pasta sauce over the tortellini followed by the water. Stir together then cover with foil.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
  • Take the dish out of the oven and remove the foil. Stir the ingredients together then top with the mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
