Cook the bacon in a frying pan until cooked all the way through. Place on a paper towel and remove any excess grease. Chop the bacon into small pieces.
Add the chicken, tomato, red onion, and bacon to a mixing bowl.
In a small bowl add the light mayonnaise, fat free sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken and mix together. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
