Bisquick Chicken Pot Pie

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (I used frozen)
  • 10 oz. can of Healthy Request cream of chicken condensed soup
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 egg

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Add the chicken breast, vegetables, cream of chicken soup, garlic powder, onion powder and pepper to a mixing bowl. Stir together.
  • Spray a 9 inch pie dish with cooking spray. Add the chicken mixture to it.
  • In another mixing bowl add the Bisquick, milk and egg. Whisk together until smooth then pour over the chicken mixture.
  • Bake for 35 minutes or until the crust is golden.
