Break up and brown the ground beef. Once it's no longer pink, drain the grease and add the taco seasoning.
Add the water and cook according to the directions on the seasoning packet.
Place the tortillas in the microwave for 10 seconds before filling them. This helps so they don't rip or break.
Preheat a nonstick frying pan over medium heat.
Fill each taco with 1 ounce of taco meat and 1/2 tablespoon of cheese and close the taco shell.
Spray the frying pan with cooking spray and add three tacos (depending on the size of your pan). Let cook for 2 minutes.
Spray the top of the tacos with cooking spray and flip. Cook another 2 minutes, or until the taco shells are golden and crunchy. Repeat until all of the tacos are made.
