Baked French Toast - WW (Weight Watchers) Freestyle

- 10 slices Aunt Millies 35 calorie whole wheat bread
- 6 eggs
- 1 1/2 cups skim milk
- 1/2 cup granulated Splenda
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
The night before:
Preheat oven to 250 degrees F.
Cut each slice of bread into 12 pieces.
Put bread on a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes.
Add the eggs, milk and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl and whisk together. Then add the cinnamon and Splenda and mix together.
Add the toasted bread to an 8x10 baking pan sprayed with no-stick cooking spray. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread.
Cover the pan with plastic wrap and refrigerate over night.
