Baked Apples
Yield: 2 servings (1 serving is 0 points for purple, 2 points for blue and green.

- 2 apples (I used Fuji, but any kind will work)
- 1/4 cup quick oats
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/8 teaspoon brown sugar
- I Can't Believe It's Not Butter spray
- Sugar free caramel sauce (optional - add 1 point for 1 tablespoon)
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
Cut the top of the apples off. Use a melon baller or spoon to scrape out the center, don't go all the way to the bottom.
In a small bowl mix together the oatmeal, brown sugar and cinnamon. Spray 8 times with the butter spray then stir.
Add the oatmeal mixture to the apples. Bake for 30 minutes.
Eat as is or add sugar-free caramel sauce or fat free Reddi Wip.
