Air Fryer Bagel Bites
Air fryer bagel bites are a tasty breakfast option that will kick-start your morning in the right way.
These bite-sized delights are made with a tortilla, cream cheese, and everything bagel seasoning, providing all the flavor of a classic bagel in a healthier and more convenient form.
Whether you’re rushing out the door or enjoying a leisurely weekend breakfast, these bagel bites are sure to become a staple in your morning routine.

You only need 3 ingredients to make these air fryer bagel bites.
The Ingredients
Flour Tortilla: I used a Mission Balance flour tortilla. I like them because they taste just like regular flour tortillas but they’re only 2 points each.
They’re also high in fiber and have 0 grams of sugar per serving.
Cream Cheese: To keep it low in points I used reduced fat cream cheese. It’s creamy and tastes great but it’s lower in points than regular cream cheese.
Everything Bagel Seasoning: This is a mix of poppy seeds, sesame seeds, dried garlic, dried onion, and salt. It adds a ton of flavor.

How to Make Air Fryer Bagel Bites
I use a Ninja Air Fryer. I absolutely love it. The air fryer makes the tortillas crispy on the outside while remaining soft on the inside.
Lay out the tortilla on a flat surface. Spread 1 tablespoon of reduced-fat cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
Top the cream cheese with 1/2 teaspoon of everything bagel seasoning.
Roll up the tortilla into a log shape, then use a sharp knife to slice it into bite-sized pieces, about an inch thick.
Place the tortilla bites in the air fryer basket and spritz them with cooking spray. Cook the bagels for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F or until they are golden and slightly crispy.
Once they are done, carefully remove the bites from the air fryer using tongs or a spatula and let them cool slightly on a plate.
Serving Suggestions
Pair the bagel bites with a fresh fruit salad or a smoothie to add a burst of vitamins and natural sweetness.
A side of scrambled eggs or a veggie omelet can provide additional protein, making your breakfast more balanced and satisfying.
For a light snack, serve the bagel bites with a handful of nuts or a small bowl of mixed berries.
Benefits of Using an Air Fryer for Cooking
Air fryers are a game-changer for anyone looking to enjoy healthier meals without sacrificing taste.
By circulating hot air around the food, air fryers mimic the crispy texture of frying with a fraction of the oil, making your meals lower in calories and fat.
This innovative cooking method also helps lock in moisture, ensuring your dishes remain juicy on the inside while achieving a perfect golden-brown finish on the outside.
Air fryers are incredibly versatile, allowing you to cook a variety of foods, from appetizers to desserts, all in one convenient appliance.
Another significant benefit of using an air fryer is the time-saving aspect. Air fryers generally cook food faster than traditional methods, making them ideal for busy mornings or weeknight dinners.
For those on specific dietary plans like Weight Watchers, air fryers offer a fantastic way to enjoy your favorite foods without racking up the points. The controlled cooking environment also allows for more consistent results, so you can enjoy perfectly cooked meals every time.
