I think most everyone following Weight Watchers knows that fat-free Greek yogurt is zero points. That is such a bonus! There are so many things you can do with it. I came up with a list of 20 different recipes that use fat-free Greek yogurt.

There is no way I could eat this yogurt plain. It really needs to have something added to it. That’s why I love coming up with new recipes using fat-free Greek yogurt.
