Ingredients

  • 1 lb. 95% lean ground beef
  • 1 oz. taco seasoning
  • 6 Ole Xtreme High Fiber Tortillas
  • 1 cup reduced-fat Mexican cheese, shredded
  • Pico de gallo

Instructions

  • Brown and drain the ground beef. Break the beef up into small pieces. Add the taco seasoning and prepare according to the seasoning directions.
  • Lay out one tortilla. Add the Mexican cheese, ground beef and pico de gallo. Fold in the sides, then the bottom, then roll up like a burrito.
  • Wrap in a paper towel then place in the microwave 15-30 seconds, once the cheese is melted. Repeat with remaining ingredients.
