Twenty Minute Fish Tacos - Weight Watchers Freestyle

Ingredients

  • 8 fish sticks (1 Freestayle point per fish stick)
  • 8 "street taco" size shells. I used Mission brand.
  • 2 cups Napa shredded cabbage
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • 2 green onions, sliced
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 tablespoons distilled white vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon granulated Splenda
  • 2 tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons Sriracha

Instructions

  • Bake fish sticks according to the directions on the box.
  • Mix together the cabbage, carrots, cilantro, green onions, garlic, white vinegar, salt and Splenda.
  • In a small bowl mix together the light mayonnaise and Sriracha.
  • Assemble the tacos by adding the slaw mixture, one fish stick, then the Sriracha mayo.
