Strawberry Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup whole grain rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Add the rolled oats to a bowl.
  • Cut the tops off the strawberries, cut in half and add to a mini food processor. Press "grind" on the food processor until the strawberries have liquified.
  • Add the milk, sugar, vanilla extract and strawberry mixture to the rolled oats. Mix together and cover. Place in the fridge overnight.
