Spaghetti Pie

Ingredients

  • 6 oz. uncooked spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cook spaghetti noodles according to directions on the box, then drain.
  • In a small bowl whisk the egg. Pour the spaghetti noodles into the original pan. Add the egg, salt and Parmesan cheese. Mix the ingredients together.
  • Spray a glass pie baking dish with no stick cooking spray. Press the noodle mixture into the pie dish.
  • Add the spaghetti sauce to the pasta and spread evenly over the top.
  • Add the shredded mozzarella cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the pasta is heated through.
