Place four aluminum balls in the bottom of a slow cooker. Place the chicken on the balls.
Season the chicken with your seasoning of choice. Place the lid on the slow cooker for 3-4 hours, or until the thickest part of the thigh reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F.
When the chicken is almost done cooking start to prepare the potatoes.
Clean the potatoes and cut them into bite-size pieces. Add them to the air fryer basket. Spray with oil and season. Cook for 10-12 minutes at 400 degrees F. Shake the air fryer basket a couple of times while the potatoes cook.
