Boil and drain the noodles according to the directions on the box.
Add the ground beef to a skillet and break it up while it cooks. Once it's slightly browned add in the onion, green pepper, and garlic.
When the ground beef is no longer pink, drain the grease.
Stir in the tomato sauce, brown sugar, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a simmer and cook for 10 minutes.
Stir in the noodles, then top with cheese. Turn off the heat and put a cover over the skillet so the cheese melts - approximately 5 minutes.
