Ranch Roasted Potatoes - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs. potatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried chives
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 8 pumps Pam Superior No Stick Cooking Spray

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. 
  • Peel potatoes and cut into bite size pieces. Add them to a mixing bowl. 
  • In a small bowl add the chives, parsley, dill, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir together. 
  • Spray potatoes with 3 pumps of Pam and add half of the seasoning mix. Stir the potatoes. 
  • Spray potatoes with 3 more pumps of Pam and add the rest of the seasoning mix. Stir the potatoes. 
  • Spread potatoes onto a sheet pan and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Remove potatoes from the oven and stir them. Spray two more pumps of the Pam and put the potatoes back in the oven for 15 minutes. 
  • Remove from oven and enjoy!
