Prosciutto Arugula Pizza

Ingredients

Jus-Rol family size pizza crust
2
oz.
fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small pieces
2
oz.
lean prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
1 1/2
cups
arugula
Olive oil spray
Garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper, to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Unroll the pizza dough with parchment paper and place on a baking sheet.
Spray the dough with olive oil spray and season with garlic powder and oregano then bake for 5 minutes.
Add the fresh mozzarella to the pizza dough and bake for 5 minutes.
Top the pizza with the prosciutto and continue to bake for 5 minutes.
Add the arugula to a mixing bowl. Spray with olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper. Mix together.
Once the pizza is done baking top it with the arugula. Cut the pizza into 12 pieces and serve.
