Prosciutto Arugula Pizza

Ingredients

  • 1 Jus-Rol family size pizza crust
  • 2 oz. fresh mozzarella cheese, cut into small pieces
  • 2 oz. lean prosciutto, cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 1/2 cups arugula
  • Olive oil spray
  • Garlic powder, oregano, salt and black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Unroll the pizza dough with parchment paper and place on a baking sheet.
  • Spray the dough with olive oil spray and season with garlic powder and oregano then bake for 5 minutes.
  • Add the fresh mozzarella to the pizza dough and bake for 5 minutes.
  • Top the pizza with the prosciutto and continue to bake for 5 minutes.
  • Add the arugula to a mixing bowl. Spray with olive oil spray and season with salt and pepper. Mix together.
  • Once the pizza is done baking top it with the arugula. Cut the pizza into 12 pieces and serve.
