Peanut Butter Protein Yogurt
This Peanut Butter Protein Yogurt is perfect for breakfast or a snack. It’s high in protein and will keep you full for hours.
One serving of this yogurt has a whopping 18 g of protein!

This yogurt takes less than 5 minutes to make – it’s great for breakfast on the go.
The Ingredients
Fat Free Greek Yogurt: This yogurt is high in protein and low in carbs. It’s also a good source of calcium.
Compared to other nutrients protein takes longer to digest. This helps to keep you full for a longer period of time.
PB2 Powder: This is what adds the peanut butter flavor to the yogurt. PB2 is lower in calories and fat than regular peanut butter. It’s also a good source of protein.
Water: I mix the PB2 powder with water so there isn’t a grainy texture to the yogurt.
Vanilla Extract: This adds a subtle hint of vanilla to the yogurt.
Granulated Splenda: I used this instead of using sugar. Feel free to use the sweetener of your choice.

I topped my yogurt with sugar-free chocolate chips and crushed peanuts.
Serving Suggestions
This yogurt also tastes great topped with banana slices.
Try it with other fruit like strawberries, blueberries, or raspberries.
You can use the yogurt as a dip for apple slices.
I know Greek yogurt has a strong taste for some people, but I find mixing it with other ingredients can really change the flavor. It’s so good for you it’s hard to pass it up as a healthy snack.
