Peanut Butter Jelly FroYo Bark

- 1 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon imitation vanilla
- 2 Splenda packets
- 2 tablespoons PB2 powder
- 1 tablespoon water
- 2 tablespoons sugar-free strawberry preserves
In a small bowl, mix together the yogurt, vanilla and Splenda.
Line an 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper. Add the yogurt mixture.
In a small bowl, mix together the PB2 and water.
In another small microwave-safe bowl, add the strawberry preserves. Microwave for 10 seconds and stir. This will make it easier to work with.
Using a teaspoon drop small amounts of peanut butter onto the yogurt. Do the same with the strawberry preserves. Use a butter knife to swirl them into the yogurt.
Freeze the yogurt for a minimum of 2 hours.
