Peanut Butter and Jelly Whipped Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • 1 cup fat-free cottage cheese
  • 2 tablespoons PB2 peanut butter powder
  • 2 1/2 tablespoons water
  • 1 tablespoon granulated Splenda
  • 1 tablespoon sugar-free strawberry jelly

Instructions

  • Add the cottage cheese to a food processor. Run until the cottage cheese is smooth and free of chunks. Add the whipped cottage cheese to a small mixing bowl.
  • Stir together the PB2 powder and water. Pour into the whipped cottage cheese. Also add the Splenda. Mix together to combine.
  • Drizzle the sugar-free jelly on top. Enjoy!
