One Pan Pasta

Ingredients

  • 10 oz. spaghetti noodles
  • 1 cup cherry or grape tomatoes (cut in half)
  • 1 small yellow onion, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon fresh basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 3 1/2 cups water
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  • Add the spaghetti noodles, tomatoes, onion, garlic, spinach, basil, salt, pepper and water to a large straight-sided skillet.
  • Turn the heat to high and let the water come to a boil. Stir continuously while the pasta is cooking so the noodles do not stick together.
  • Once the water comes to a boil turn the heat to medium-high and set the timer for 10 minutes and continue stirring the noodles.
  • Divide the pasta into four servings and add the Parmesan cheese.
