Lemon Garlic Couscous

Instructions
Melt the butter in a saucepan. Add the minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
Add the chicken broth, lemon juice, salt and parsley. Bring to a boil then stir in the couscous.
Cover the pan with a lid and remove from heat. Let sit for 5 minutes then fluff with a fork.
