Lemon Garlic Chicken Legs

Ingredients

  • 4-6 chicken legs
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • Juice from one lemon

Instructions

  • Add all of the ingredients to a large zip-up baggie. Let sit in the fridge 2 hours or overnight.

To cook in the air fryer:

  • Set the air fryer to 380 degrees and cook for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through. Check the internal temperature of the chicken which should be 170.

To bake in the oven:

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Bake the chicken 35 to 40 minutes. The internal temperature of the chicken should be 170 degrees.
