Italian Pinwheels

Ingredients

  • 2 Mission Carb Balance Tortillas
  • 4 Laughing Cow Light cheese wedges
  • 1/2 teaspoon Good Seasons Italian dressing mix
  • 26 Hormel turkey pepperoni
  • 2 slices ultra thin provolone cheese
  • 1/4 small red pepper, chopped
  • 2-4 tablespoons banana peppers, chopped

Instructions

  • Add the cheese wedges and Italian seasoning mix to a small bowl and stir together.
  • Lay out a tortilla and evenly spread on half of the cheese mixture.
  • Top the cheese with 13 turkey pepperoni.
  • Cut one slice of provolone cheese in half and lay it on the tortilla so it lays from top to bottom of the tortilla.
  • Top with half of the red pepper and banana peppers. Tightly roll up the tortilla, then wrap it in saran wrap.
  • Repeat all of the steps for the second tortilla.
  • Place both pinwheels in the fridge for at least one hour.
  • Unwrap the tortillas and cut each one into 6 pieces, giving you 12 pinwheels.
