Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together the light mayonnaise, reduced-fat sour cream, red wine vinegar, red onion, banana peppers, oregano, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Add the iceberg lettuce and mix together.
Lay the tortilla on a baking sheet. Add the ham and turkey pepperoni to the center and top with the mozzarella cheese slice.
Place in the oven for 5 minutes at 350 degrees F. Bake for 5 minutes, just until the cheese melts.
Add the salad mixture to the wrap, plus any additional toppings.
