Hawaiian Pizza - Weight Watchers

Ingredients

  • 2 whole English muffins, sliced in half
  • 1/4 cup pizza sauce
  • 1/4 cup part-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 1/2-3 slices Canadian bacon cut into small pieces
  • Pineapple cut into bite-size pieces

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • Cut English muffins in half and lightly toast them – this is so the muffins don’t get soggy from the pizza sauce. Place the muffins on a baking sheet.
  • Add 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce to each English muffin.
  • Next, add the mozzarella cheese.
  • Finish by adding the Canadian bacon and pineapple.
  • Bake for 10 minutes.
