Ham and Swiss Cheese Pie

- 8 oz. fully cooked diced ham
- 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup onion, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
- 2 cups skim milk
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Add the ham to the pie pan.
Add the Swiss cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the ham. Then add the onion.
In a mixing bowl add the eggs and whisk together. Add the Bisquick and whisk again. Slowly add the skim milk while whisking together. Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
Pour the egg mixture into the pie pan.
Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 25 more minutes or until the center is cooked through.
