Ham and Swiss Cheese Pie

Yield: 8 servings (5 points per serving for blue and purple, 6 points per serving for green)

Ingredients

  • 8 oz. fully cooked diced ham
  • 1/2 cup Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup onion, chopped
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup Bisquick Heart Smart
  • 2 cups skim milk
  • 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  • Spray a 9 inch pie pan with cooking spray. Add the ham to the pie pan.
  • Add the Swiss cheese and mozzarella cheese on top of the ham. Then add the onion.
  • In a mixing bowl add the eggs and whisk together. Add the Bisquick and whisk again. Slowly add the skim milk while whisking together. Add the garlic powder, salt and pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture into the pie pan.
  • Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake 25 more minutes or until the center is cooked through.
