Ham and Cheese Phyllo Cups

Ingredients

  • 15 mini phyllo cups
  • 3 oz. reduced fat cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup reduced fat Mexican or cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cubed ham in water
  • 1 green onion, sliced

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a large bowl stir together the cream cheese, Mexican cheese, ham and green onion.
  • Add the phyllo shells to a baking sheet. Fill each one with the cream cheese mixture.
  • Bake 7-10 minutes, once the cheese is melted and heated through and the phyllo shells are golden in color.
