Ground Beef Burrito Bowl

Ingredients

96% lean ground beef
1
oz.
taco seasoning
1
cup
long grain white rice

cups
chicken broth
14
oz.
salsa
1
cup
corn (canned or frozen)

cup
reduced fat Mexican cheese, shredded
Instructions
Add the ground beef to a nonstick skillet. Break it apart and cook it until no longer pink. Drain any excess grease.
Stir in the taco seasoning then add the rice, chicken broth, corn, and salsa. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 20 minutes.
Make sure to stir the mixture occasionally so the rice doesn't stick together.
Divide the mixture into six servings and add your favorite toppings.
