boneless, skinless chicken breast cooked and shredded

cup
instant rice

cup
fat free sour cream
1
cup
salsa
1
tablespoon
taco seasoning
1/2
cup
corn
1
cup
reduced fat Mexican cheese, shredded, divided
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray an
8x8 baking dish
with nonstick cooking spray.
In a large bowl add the sour cream, salsa and taco seasoning. Stir together.
Add the shredded chicken, rice, corn and half of the Mexican cheese. Mix together and add to the baking dish. Top with the remaining cheese.
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
