Easy Tuna Bowl

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup brown rice, cooked
  • 3 oz. solid white tuna in water
  • 1/4 cucumber
  • 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
  • green onions
  • 1 tablespoon light mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha
  • 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  • Add the cooked rice to a bowl.
  • Drain the water from the tuna then add the tuna to the bowl.
  • Slice cucumbers, then add them to the bowl. Also add the carrots and green onion.
  • In a small bowl mix together the light mayonnaise and sriracha. Pour over the other ingredients, then add the sesame seeds.
