Creamy Lemon Pie

Ingredients

(1 ounce) box
Lemon Jell-O sugar-free, fat-free pudding pie mix
2
cups
skim milk
4
ounces
fat-free Cool Whip
1
store bought graham cracker pie crust
Instructions
Add the pudding mix and skim milk to a medium mixing bowl. Whisk together for two minutes.
Pour 1 1/2 cups of pudding to the bottom of the pie crust. Use the offset spatula to spread it into an even layer.
Fold the Cool Whip into the remaining lemon pudding, then add it to the pie crust.
Refrigerate the pie for at least 1 hour.
