Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/4 cup Boursin garlic and herb cheese
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • Garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper

Instructions

  • Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Let the pork chops sit at room temperature for 15 minutes.
  • Heat a large nonstick skillet over medium heat. Spray the skillet with 0 point cooking oil and cook the pork chops 4-5 minutes on each side. This timeframe may vary depending on the thickness of your pork chops. The pork chops are fully cooked when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
  • Remove the pork chops from the skillet and let them rest for a few minutes while the sauce is made.
  • Use the same skillet you seared the pork chops and pour in the chicken broth and bring to a gentle simmer, scraping the bottom of the skillet to deglaze and incorporate all of the flavors.
  • Once the broth is simmering, stir in the Boursin cheese, allowing it to melt and blend into the liquid.
  • Place the seared pork chops back into the skillet. Spoon the sauce over each pork chop. Simmer the pork chops in the sauce for two minutes then serve.
