Cracker Barrel Baby Carrots

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon light butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Instructions

  • Rinse off the baby carrots and add them to a saucepan. Add enough water to cover the top of the carrots.
  • Bring carrots to a boil then cover and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 20 minutes.
  • Drain half of the water then add the brown sugar, butter and salt. Let simmer 10 more minutes then serve.
