Coleslaw
Yield: 8 servings (2 points per serving for blue, green and purple)
- 16 oz. coleslaw mix
- 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons skim milk
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Mix together the ingredients for the dressing - light mayonnaise, skim milk, sugar, apple cider vinegar, celery seed, salt and pepper.
Add the coleslaw mix to a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw and stir together. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
