Coleslaw

Yield: 8 servings (2 points per serving for blue, green and purple)

Ingredients

  • 16 oz. coleslaw mix
  • 1/2 cup light mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons skim milk
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Mix together the ingredients for the dressing - light mayonnaise, skim milk, sugar, apple cider vinegar, celery seed, salt and pepper.
  • Add the coleslaw mix to a large mixing bowl. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw and stir together. Refrigerate for 2 hours before serving.
