Ingredients
1/2cupplain, non-fat Greek yogurt
1/4cup cilantro
Juice from 1/2 lime
1teaspoonranch seasoning
Pinch of salt
1tablespoonwater
Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or blender. Run until it is all combined and liquefied.
For the salad:
I used lettuce, oven baked boneless, skinless chicken breast (seasoned with garlic powder, salt and pepper), cherry tomatoes, corn, red onion and orange peppers.
