Instructions
Use a piping bag (or zip up bag) to shape the hummus into a tree on a
large white serving platter
. Smooth out the hummus with an icing spatula.
Top the hummus with spoonfuls of tabouli. Layer it over the hummus evenly.
Arrange the chopped red and orange peppers in a zigzag pattern from top to bottom of the tree.
Top the tree with the yellow star.
Place the olives evenly across the tree to simulate the look of Christmas ornaments.
Use pretzel sticks to form the trunk of the tree.
The final step is to sprinkle the tree with crumbled feta cheese.
