Ingredients
16oz.Spaghetti
1lb.boneless, skinless chicken breast, cooked
2(10/5 oz.)cans Campbell's condensed cream of chicken, 98% fat free
2cupsfat-free sour cream
1/2cupchicken broth
2cupspart-skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/2teaspoongarlic powder
1/2teaspoonsalt
1/4teaspoon pepper
parsley (optional)
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Cook the spaghetti according to the directions on the box. Drain and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl combine the cream of chicken, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Stir in the chicken and 1 cup of mozzarella cheese, then the spaghetti noodles.
Spray a 9x13 pan with no-stick cooking spray. Add the spaghetti mixture to the pan then top with the remaining mozzarella cheese. Bake for 50 minutes.
