Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
Cut the potatoes, carrots, and onions into bite-size pieces, no larger than 1 inch. If the veggies are too big they won't cook all the way through.
Add the potatoes, carrots, onion, and broccoli to a large mixing bowl.
In a small bowl, mix together the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
Drizzle 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the vegetables, then add the seasonings. Mix everything together really well.
Add the veggie mixture to a sheet pan in an even layer. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, mixing halfway through.
Cut each sausage link into 5 pieces. The chicken sausage is already fully cooked, so it just needs to be heated through.
Place the sausage pieces on the sheet pan and put it back in the oven for 7 minutes.
