  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cup all purpose flour
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat a large skillet over medium heat.
  • Add the eggs to a bowl and whisk together. In a separate bowl add the flour, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper. Whisk together.
