Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - Weight Watchers Freestyle

Ingredients

  • 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken condensed soup
  • 1/2 cup skim milk
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 4 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
  • 3 oz. cooked ham (I used Boar's Head)
  • 2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  • In a mixing bowl, add the cream of chicken soup, skim milk and Dijon mustard. Whisk together. 
  • Spray a 4 quart casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray and add the cooked chicken. 
  • Cut the ham into bite size pieces and add to the casserole dish. 
  • Add the shredded swiss cheese to the chicken and ham. 
  • Next, pour the cream of chicken mixture over the ingredients. 
  • Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the soup mixture, then lightly mist with no-stick cooking spray. 
  • Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
