Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole - Weight Watchers Freestyle

- 1 can Healthy Request Cream of Chicken condensed soup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 4 cups boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cooked and shredded
- 3 oz. cooked ham (I used Boar's Head)
- 2 oz. Swiss cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Italian bread crumbs
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a mixing bowl, add the cream of chicken soup, skim milk and Dijon mustard. Whisk together.
Spray a 4 quart casserole dish with no-stick cooking spray and add the cooked chicken.
Cut the ham into bite size pieces and add to the casserole dish.
Add the shredded swiss cheese to the chicken and ham.
Next, pour the cream of chicken mixture over the ingredients.
Sprinkle the bread crumbs over the soup mixture, then lightly mist with no-stick cooking spray.
Bake for 45 minutes. Enjoy!
