Cook the center cut bacon until crispy, then set it aside to cool. Once cooled, crumble it into small pieces.
While the bacon cooks, chop the broccoli and red onion into bite-sized pieces.
In a mixing bowl, combine the light mayonnaise, fat-free Greek yogurt, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. (I also added 1/2 teaspoon of water so it's easier to spread.) Mix thoroughly until you have a smooth, creamy dressing.
In a large bowl, combine the chopped broccoli, cooked chicken, red onion, and crumbled bacon. Pour the dressing over the top and toss everything together until well coated.
